Meethi Golee Shipping Policy

Effective: May 2025

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of placement (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS with your tracking information.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days to most urban and semi-urban locations.
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days in select metro areas (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune).
  • Same-Day Delivery: Available in select pincodes—orders placed before 12:00 PM IST are delivered by 9:00 PM on the same day.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Standard Shipping: On all orders above ₹799.
  • Standard Shipping Fee: ₹50 for orders below ₹799.
  • Express Shipping Fee: ₹100 flat rate, regardless of order size.
  • Same-Day Delivery Fee: ₹150 flat rate in eligible areas.

4. Order Tracking

  • As soon as your package ships, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
  • You can also view real-time status updates in your Meethi Golee account under “My Orders,” or via our mobile app.

5. Delivery Exceptions

  • Remote locations or heavy monsoon/weather disruptions may incur a 1–2 day delay. We appreciate your understanding.
  • If a delivery attempt fails (e.g., incorrect address, no recipient available), the courier will retry once. After two failed attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
  • Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct to avoid delays.

6. Undeliverable Packages

  • If your order is returned to us as undeliverable, we will notify you by email or phone.
  • You may choose to update your address and have the order re-shipped (additional shipping charges apply), or request a refund.

7. International Shipping

  • Currently, we ship only within India. International orders are not supported at this time.
